STEP 1 – Complete Player Profile
At no obligation, this form (which requires no payment) will reserve your player’s roster spot and reserve spots for each accompanying family member. You will have 2 weeks before your deposit is due to confirm your spots. During this ‘discovery’ time, your spots are held while you speak with Shawn Killian, gather tour information and to ensure this is the right tour for your family.
STEP 2 – Schedule meeting/call with Shawn Killian. If you haven’t spoken with Shawn yet, you can schedule a time to connect by emailing Shawn Killian at shawn@athlogix.com.
STEP 3 – Confirm roster spot and family participation by registering with deposit and any other payments due based on registration date (see below).
STEP 4 – Finalize travel plans and book airline tickets (valid passports required). Contact Shawn Killian with any travel questions.
STEP 5 – Payment #2 due January 15th ($1,000 per person)
STEP 6 – Payment #3 due March 15th ($1,000 per person)
STEP 7 – You will be assigned your host family on or around May 15th and can begin getting to know each other.
STEP 8 – Final Payment due May 15th (balance due)
